Standard Products

Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and returned in their original condition.

Please contact Simpsonelli Leathercraft before sending a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or an error was made with the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom, personalized or specially modified products cannot normally be returned or refunded once production has begun.

This does not apply if the item is defective or Simpsonelli Leathercraft made an error in fulfilling the order.

Sized Products

Please check measurements carefully before ordering products such as belts.

Products made correctly according to measurements supplied by the customer are not considered defective because the incorrect size or measurement was provided.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Simpsonelli Leathercraft as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.

If the problem is the result of workmanship or an error by Simpsonelli Leathercraft, an appropriate repair, replacement or refund will be arranged.
