Production Time

Most Simpsonelli Leathercraft products are handmade to order in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Typical production time is approximately 3-7 business days before shipping. More complex or custom orders may take longer. Any significantly different production time will be communicated when possible.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on order volume, materials or the nature of the item.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier begin once your order has been completed and shipped.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Simpsonelli Leathercraft.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact Simpsonelli Leathercraft so the issue can be investigated with the shipping carrier.

Please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials if an order arrives damaged, as photographs may be required for a carrier claim.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.
