Simpsonelli Leathercraft creates handmade leather goods in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Handmade & Made to Order

Most Simpsonelli Leathercraft products are made to order. Typical production time is approximately 3-5 business days before shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because each item is handmade using genuine leather, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, stamping, tooling and finish are normal. These natural and handmade variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment is required before production begins.

Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements when required.

For products such as belts, please follow the measuring instructions provided on the product page. An item made correctly according to measurements supplied by the customer is not considered defective because of an incorrect measurement.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized or specially modified products are made specifically for the customer. Once production has begun, these orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded.

If Simpsonelli Leathercraft makes an error or there is a genuine workmanship defect, please get in touch so the issue can be corrected.

Product Use & Care

Leather is a natural material and will change over time. Exposure to moisture, sunlight, oils, friction and normal use can alter its colour, texture and appearance. Developing patina and normal wear are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care or use instructions provided.

Workmanship

Simpsonelli Leathercraft stands behind the workmanship of its products.

If you believe an item has a manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact Simpsonelli Leathercraft with a description and photographs of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the item may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care and the natural characteristics of leather are not considered workmanship defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the leather itself, lighting, photography and the customer's display.

All original product designs, photographs, text, graphics and Simpsonelli Leathercraft branding displayed on this website remain the property of Simpsonelli Leathercraft unless otherwise stated.

These terms may be updated periodically. The terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
